The bilingual supplier request pack
A pack where English files the data and Chinese explains it — built for the most painful hand-off in the China–EU chain: the EU buyer needs passport data, the Chinese factory is unsure what is being asked or who supplies what. Buyer and supplier share one field-ID set, identical to the tools on this site.
Two ways to use it
① You are an EU buyer / importer: forward the zip to your Chinese suppliers with the initial-request email from 01-EMAILS;
② You are a supplier: received a request you can’t parse? Respond item-by-item with 02-WORKBOOK and the gap email from 01-EMAILS.

Rules of use (read first)
- No trade secrets: the pack handles field names and status only; real recipes, prices and customer lists stay out — evidence files remain in your own systems and are shared via agreed channels;
- No assumed CN–EU mutual recognition: every reuse mapping is tagged one of four results — reusable / needs conversion / needs supplement / unconfirmed;
- Versioned: carbon-footprint, due-diligence and registry details are still being published; the pack carries a version number, updates follow the CHANGELOG;
- Free to share: forward it to anyone who needs it — keep the dpptool.net footer, version number, and don’t resell it.
Field IDs match the gap checklist tool — mark statuses on the web page, then fill evidence in the workbook.
