Data gap checklist generator
Mark each field’s status (missing / have–needs verification / requested upstream / unsure / n-a) and export four files: the gap table, an action list, a paste-ready English reply draft, and a summary. Results from the scope triage carry over automatically.
Mark status, never enter real data
This tool needs — and should ever receive — no real formulations, prices or supplier lists: only field names, status, evidence type and owner function. It verifies nothing, computes no carbon footprint and gives no legal opinion; a completed checklist is not a passport.

3Mark each field
Mark status only — never enter real confidential data here. “Not applicable” requires a reason. Tiers distinguish: legal duty / conditional (scenario-triggered) / deferred (later-mandatory).
About the field set
- The field set is a curated working subset (34 items) of Annex XIII and the Commission guidance “Digital Batteries Passport — data point classification” v2.0 (21 Aug 2026), in six groups: identity / materials & sourcing / performance & safety / environment & supply-chain evidence / disassembly & recycling / lifecycle updates;
- Every row is tagged with its tier (mandatory / conditional / deferred / voluntary / exempt) and legal basis; mandatory sets differ per battery category — switching category re-tiers automatically;
- The complete official list prevails; formal data formats and the semantic pool are still being specified.
