- Scope: EV / LMT / industrial >2kWh batteries placed on the EU market from 18 Feb 2027. Other categories are not covered by this passport (other obligations may apply).
- Field set: curated working subset (34 fields, 6 groups) with per-category tiers. The official complete list prevails; formats and the semantic pool are still being specified.
- Limits: preparation aid, not legal advice. Status marks only — no confidential values. Completing the workbook is not a passport and creates no compliance presumption.
